鼠核(he)糖(tang)核(he)酸(suan)酶(mei)抑(yi)制劑(ji)（Murine RNase Inhibitor）能夠(gou)廣泛抑(yi)制各種RNase (RNase A, B, C) 。它通過以(yi)1:1的比(bi)例以(yi)高親(qin)和(he)力非共(gong)價結(jie)合來(lai)抑(yi)制RNA酶(mei)。該(gai)抑(yi)制劑(ji)特異(yi)性抑(yi)制RNase A、B和(he)C，不(bu)抑(yi)制真(zhen)核(he) RNase T1、T2、U1、U2、CL3 以(yi)及(ji)原核(he) RNase I 和(he) RNase H。 Murine RNase Inhibitor經(jing)過 RT-PCR、RT-qPCR檢(jian)驗，能與多(duo)種商(shang)品(pin)化的如(ru)AMV、MMLV等(deng)逆(ni)轉(zhuan)錄(lu)酶以(yi)及(ji)Taq DNA Polymerase等(deng)DNA聚合酶(mei)兼容(rong)。Murine RNase Inhibitor不(bu)含(han)半(ban)胱(guang)氨(an)，具有(you)更(geng)高的抗(kang)氧(yang)化活(huo)性，更適(shi)合於(yu)對高濃(nong)度DTT敏(min)感(gan)的實(shi)驗。

質(zhi)量(liang)控制(zhi)：SDS-PAGE 檢(jian)測純(chun)度大(da)於(yu)99%，經(jing)檢(jian)測無核(he)酸(suan)外切酶、核(he)酸(suan)內切酶(mei)和(he)核(he)糖(tang)核(he)酸(suan)酶(mei)活(huo)性，無細(xi)菌(jun)基因(yin)組(zu)DNA殘留。
應用範圍(wei)：
1.以(yi)RNA為(wei)模(mo)板(ban)的cDNA第(di)壹(yi)鏈合成(cheng)。
2.RT-PCR、RT-qPCR
3.體外轉(zhuan)錄(lu)/轉(zhuan)譯系統。
4.需要(yao)包(bao)裝RNA完整性的反(fan)應體系(xi)中。
儲存(cun)緩(huan)沖(chong)液：20 mM HEPES-KOH，50 mM KCl，8 mM DTT，50% Glycerol，pH 7.6 @ 25°C。
註(zhu)意(yi)事項(xiang)：
1.高濃(nong)度的尿(niao)素，胍鹽(yan)等(deng)蛋(dan)白(bai)變(bian)性劑作(zuo)用下(xia)，Murine RNase Inhibitor會失活(huo)。
2.Murine RNase Inhibitor的使(shi)用量按(an)照(zhao)終濃(nong)度1U/μl添加(jia)。
3.Murine RNase Inhibitor應在可(ke)能(neng)導(dao)致RNase汙染的其(qi)他(ta)成(cheng)分(fen)之(zhi)前(qian)加(jia)入反應中。
4.Murine RNase Inhibitor應在50°C以(yi)下(xia)使(shi)用。
