試(shi)劑開瓶(ping)的問(wen)題(ti)
隨著(zhe)全自(zi)動生化分析(xi)儀(yi)的(de)普及，“開瓶穩(wen)定性(xing)”也(ye)隨之(zhi)受到(dao)了(le)大家(jia)的(de)重視(shi)，但(dan)是就目前有的試(shi)劑方(fang)法學來(lai)講(jiang)，還達不到人(ren)們所要(yao)求的試(shi)劑開瓶(ping)後在(zai)儀(yi)器(qi)內放很(hen)長時間不需(xu)要(yao)定標，比(bi)如(ru)ALP、TP、GSP等(deng)PH為堿性(xing)的(de)試(shi)劑，開瓶(ping)後試(shi)劑會吸(xi)收空氣中(zhong)的二(er)氧(yang)化碳，使(shi)試(shi)劑本(ben)身的(de)PH值(zhi)下降(jiang)，如(ru)果(guo)長(chang)時間開(kai)瓶(ping)不定標或(huo)校(xiao)準，會使(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)結果(guo)發(fa)生偏(pian)離(li)，在國(guo)外(wai)有(you)的(de)項(xiang)目有明文(wen)規定(ding)，必須(xu)72小時之(zhi)標，比(bi)如(ru)BUN。但(dan)是在國(guo)內的某(mou)些實(shi)驗(yan)室為了方(fang)便(bian)，很長時間都(dou)不作(zuo)校(xiao)準，導致(zhi)測(ce)定結果(guo)的(de)不準確(que)。解決(jue)辦法：了解(jie)試(shi)劑的特(te)性(xing)，及時對(dui)部(bu)份(fen)項目(mu)進行(xing)校(xiao)準，對(dui)於(yu)每天標本(ben)量不多的醫(yi)院(yuan)，可(ke)按(an)1～2天的用(yong)量取用(yong)試(shi)劑放入(ru)儀(yi)器(qi)。
